Freshay began with a simple belief: small pets deserve better. As a lifelong animal lover and devoted pet parent, I was constantly searching for products I could trust—ones that delivered both quality and value.

Take your time browsing our selection, and if you have any questions or need recommendations, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly team. We're here to help you find the perfect products for your furry friend. Freshness Matters: To ensure your pet enjoys the freshest hay and food, we recommend ordering a supply that will last approximately one to two months. Helpful Tip: A 90 oz bag is the same as 5.62 lbs. This can be useful when comparing product sizes.

What are your delivery options and costs?Flat-rate Delivery We offer local delivery within a defined Toronto area, including Newmarket, Courtice, Burlington, Hamilton, and Milton, for a flat rate of $8.00. Standard Delivery We ship via trusted carriers like UPS, Canpar, Purolator, and ICS Courier. We understand shipping costs can be a concern, so we subsidize a portion of the shipping fee to help keep it affordable. Greater Vancouver Area (Specific Products): We offer a special lower delivery rate for select products within the Greater Vancouver area. The discounted rate will be applied automatically at checkout when you purchase eligible items and provide a Vancouver-area address.

Do you offer pick-up?Yes, we offer convenient 2 pick-up locations Time Variety - 95 Time Ave. Thornhill, ON L3T 0A2 Orders are typically available for pickup after 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You can then pick up your order anytime during Time Variety's operating hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Freshay Warehouse - 158 Oakdale Rd. North York, ON M3N2S5 Please contact us in advance to schedule a pick-up time. Our pick-up location is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
